Waking up at 11:30 a.m.

 

Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, and Almond Milk. English Breakfast Tea.

 

Running errands. Dropping off the truck for an inspection. Then walking through Hilltop while talking with dad on the phone.

 

Eggs. Chard. Bagel. Salt n Vinegar Chips. Coffee.

 

Teaching lessons at Music Makers.

 

Protein Shake.

 

Pink Beans with Vegan Sausage, Quinoa, Baby Broccoli, and Carrots. Garlic Bread.

Watching All Quiet on the Western Front (2022).

 

Doing some accounting and chores.

 

Getting to bed somewhat early.
