Waking up around 11:40 a.m.

Catching up on scheduling and business.


At the gym finally after what seems like forever. Doing some light chest and triceps workout.


Eggs. Biscuits. Spinach. Tomatoes. Coffee.

Watching that Anthony Bourdain documentary.


Teaching lessons at Music Makers.


Making a quick dinner for myself: Sardines, Asparagus, and Pita Bread with Hummus. Chocolate Donuts.

Finishing the documentary – it’s very touching. I see lots of weird parallels from Bourdain’s life to mine.


Doing the accounting for the month – long overdue.


My sore throat comes back mildly. Relaxing.
