Shortly after 8 p.m. I get out of bed. I’m disappointed in myself for sleeping so late. But the previous day’s situations left me no choice.

Breakfast: English Muffin with Peanut Butter. Orange Juice. Zinc, Vitamin D.

Watching Bad Boys [1983]. (Not the Will Smith and Martin Lawrence flick)

Researching music—Hype Machine—downloading new tunes.

Becoming totally enthralled with this Australian DJ/remixer, Pogo. He splices scenes and noises from movies and compiles them into a short video clip/song. It’s ingeniously done. Currently, he’s doing a project called World Remix where he travels to different spots across the globe, films what he sees and hears, then creates these beautiful music videos.
