Around 1 p.m. lying in bed with her…touching…holding, and squeezing as tight as I can because of the belief that if I release my grip then she will slip away from me and never return.


Making Oat Bran Cereal for Margot and Jamil.


Breakfast: Toasted Bagel with Butter and Strawberry Jam. Orange Juice. Zinc, Vitamin E, Alfalfa Grain.


In doing this blog, sometimes I feel like an experiment for the public.

Trip to Bog Lots and Trader Joes and the thrift store.


Art is smoking a cigarette on the porch with no shirt on. He’s distressed about a situation with his job.


Watching Invictus, a movie about Nelson Mandela, over Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwich with Lettuce and Tomato. Salt N Vinegar Chips. Honey Green Tea. Plum.

Thinking about this quote Nelson Mandela said and how incredibly important forgiveness is. I want to forgive her. I want to forgive myself for the inconsiderate things I’ve done to her. Man, forgiveness really is powerful. There’s not enough forgiving going on around here.

Then, we go to play a few hours of tennis by Lynnhaven Middle School.
