Waking up at 11:45 a.m.


Irish Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Raisins, Maple Syrup, and Kefir. Coffee.


Catching up on business and scheduling.


Scrambled Eggs. Toast with Non-Dairy Cream Cheese. Potato Chips with Avocado. Oolong Tea.


Teaching all my in-home lessons from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.


Then, grabbing my keyboard gear and driving to Hoss’s in Newport News. DEJA has our debut gig for the year with a whole set of brand new songs. You can feel the newness to our performance but we eventually get into the rhythm of it all. Enjoying Tuna Steak with a Salad and a Stella in between sets.





Back home.


Chamomile Tea.


Sleep 4 a.m.
