Waking up at 11:23 a.m. I’m a little late for work.

All day shift at China Wok.

Blueberry Muffin. Orange Juice. Zinc.

Slow afternoon for deliveries. It’s quite a contrast from the past few days of work.

Grilled Cheese with Tomato. Potato Chip Trio. Honey Green Tea.

The night deliveries are chill. Art’s here for his 2 or so hour shift.

The airplane fanatic guy near Shore Drive that usually has me get him alcohol orders again today. It’s become the ordinary. This time though he wants me to get him groceries...

Guy: “I need to lay off that stuff for a while.”

A customer walks into the restaurant, a sporty lady in her early 50’s. She asks Cecily how business is going...

Lady: “We don’t want to lose you here in this community. We like you!”

Nicole pops in for a chat on the changing of personalities around her and our hatred for attachments—attachments to things and people.

Me: “Yeah attachment sucks...You should take from Buddhism.”

Nicole: “I think I need to live my life completely in passing.”

Me: “I don’t think its possible.”

Off work.

Tofu and Mixed Vegetables with Rice in Garlic Sauce.

Finishing Starman (1984).

Stephanie’s here. We’re about to go record at the unit

In reference to her ability to hype everything up I define her: “You ARE hype machine!”

Stef: “Can you describe the mushroom experience in one sentence?”

Darren: “An entire year’s awesomeness crammed into two years.”

Tracking drums for Vaginasaur songs at the storage unit with Stephanie—she acts as an apprentice.

Stef: “This is so fun!”

A bowl of Cheerios with Brown Sugar.

Sleep 5 a.m.
