Just before 4:30 p.m. I wake up.

Breakfast: Toaster Biscuit with Butter and Strawberry Jam. Black Tea with Honey. Zinc, Alfalfa Grain.

I finish watching Suspect Zero [2004]. The gritty psychological theme appeals to me.

It’s beautiful weather, not cold, and a good day to go play tennis. Art agrees with me.

Target.

Lunch: Grilled Cheese with Tomato. Salt N Vinegar Chips. Honey Green Tea.

Tennis with Art for a few hours. It’s a challenging match—I win.

Selling and delivering a futon mattress set to a girl in a trailer park by Pembroke Mall.

I found an old VHS tape of my mom’s side of the family from Christmas in 1985—my cousin Deb and Granddaddy Markham are jamming on the piano.

Talking to my mom on the phone and sharing what’s happening on the video.

Dinner: Hard Boiled Eggs with Rice with Mixed Vegetables and Mushrooms. Garlic Bread.

Watching a National Geographic documentary on stress and it’s effect on our health and happiness.

To the storage unit to record.

Back home to eat a bowl of Frosted Shredded Wheat cereal with Banana.

Watching Defiance [2008].

Back to the unit—more recording.

And back home. Watching the rest of the movie.

Sleep around 8 a.m.
