My Mom sends me an email describing to me a dream she had about me last night:
☼☼☼ Jimmy and I are in a house that is not familiar to me but it seems that we are in a seasonal home that we live only a portion of the year.  In the dream I am having the same concern that something is wrong with you.  We are busy doing things around the house, putting it in order, dusting and cleaning.   Suddenly a storm begins to brew outdoors and I am aware that you are trying to get to me, even though we are not expecting you.  I explain this to Jimmy and he says that is good because you can help him to prepare for the storm.  You arrive...rushing in ..... you come to me and hand me a shoe box.  You tell me to open it, the lid is moving and seems to open itself as a cute little puppy comes out.  You tell me that not only is he cute, he is very smart.  You say, "Let me show you what he can do."  You put some kind of musical device on the floor with the puppy, we get on the floor to watch.  You push a button on the device, and the music begins, the puppy goes over and turns it off by pressing a button with his paw.  You say, "Isn't that amazing?"  I say, "Yes, and I think it is even more amazing that you are here."  You begin to weep and you lay your head on my lap and I stroke your hair like I would have done when you were a small boy, and I say, " I have been afraid for you."  I tell you it is ok now....  "God has brought you safely home." ☼☼☼

Virginia, our lease owner and co-owner of the house drops by today. Standing outside in the driveway talking with her. Next door, the old man in the wheelchair is sitting on his porch as usual watching everything that is going on. Across the way, the old ladies with the garden are relaxing on their porch. I feel like a kid in the principle’s office being scolded for being out of order and the whole town is watching. Later, Kenneth is venting to me out in the street, really heated. There’s drama with his sister, Virginia, and his mother, Joni. I just listen. He’s a misunderstood person that’s seen as a maniac by a lot of people. There’s a lot of anger built up inside him.

Lunch: Toasted Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jelly Sandwich. Salt n Vinegar Chips. Oolong Tea.

Practice at the unit with Chris and Kal.

Back at the house, Kenneth pick up some mattresses and organize the shed.

Dinner: Chicken with Onions. Steamed Vegetables. Whole Wheat Macaroni and Cheese.

Watching One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest (1975).

Going through all my old tape recordings. I start converting some of them onto my laptop.

Going for a run around the neighborhood. Feeling the cool brisk air. Talking into the night – the houses, the trees, the flowers, the street, the railroad tracks, the trashcans are my audience.

Eating a bowl of Vanilla and Banana Yogurt with Peaches and Kiwi.

I finish watching One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest (1975). Noticing the facial similarities between Jack Nicolson and my father. Amazed at the performances in this movie. This film merits all the praise it has ever received.

Sleep around 7:30 a.m.
