Waking up at 11:50 a.m.

 

Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, Flax Seed, and Almond Milk. English Breakfast Tea.

 

At the studio working out – doing this Athlean 400 Challenge where I have to do 100 pushups, squats, sit-ups, and inverted rows in under 17 minutes. I actually manage to do it in 16:50. Go me.

 

Eggs. Toast. Spinach. Coffee.

 

Teaching lessons at Music Makers.

 

Back home. Leftovers for dinner: Pasta with Kale, Mackerel, and Naan Bread.
