Waking up around 11:45 a.m.

Breakfast Bar. Tea.

At Music Makers. I’ve got a guy tuning the piano. Meanwhile, I catch up on business. An older couple knocks on the door. Even though we’re closed I let them in. Turns out they have a granddaughter interested in lessons – Sandy, the grandma, has the most vivid and bright personality.

Running errands – I decide to give mom’s truck a whirl. Stopping by the tailor to pick up a shirt. I give Eun Yung the free coffee Three Ships gave. In return she makes an herbal tea. We sit at the table and talk about language and our lives. I wasn’t expecting this today but it was nice.

Eggs. Spinach Salad with Tomato. English Muffin. Coffee. Potatoes.

Finishing Ozark. What a crazy ride that’s been – one of the best shows I’ve seen since Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul.

Later on, I workout at the gym. It’s raining cats and dogs out.

Ana made us dinner: Japanese Style Fried Rice with Corn on the Cob and Kale.

Doing some things at the studio – stopping by Wal-Mart to get Ana some C batteries for this Omnichord she wants to get working but we have no luck.

Building these mini shelves I got on Amazon.

I walk in to say goodnight to Ana but we instead have the hard discussion about our relationship. I listen to her monologue about her feelings – sometimes I feel I can’t complete statements or express myself fully without some kind of shrug-off attitude on her part. She’s clearly upset cause she feels like she’s just waiting on me to make a decision about us. I’m scared to lose her so I’ve been taking my time and space to figure out the best move.
