Waking up around 11:30 a.m. feeling very well rested – it feels like I caught up on sleep from the weekend.

 

Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Raisins, and Almond Milk. Irish Breakfast Tea.

 

Finally getting to the gym and having a good workout.

 

Scrambled Eggs. Toast with Butter and Jam. Salt n Vinegar Chips with Avocado. Coffee.

 

Teaching lessons at Music Makers.

Running errands in between.

 

Back home. Ana cooked dinner: Vegan Burgers with Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Carrots.

We get into more of the same conversation we had last night about our relationship. I feel like I’m being constantly interrogated over every little thing I do.

 

Somehow she musters up the mood to bake a cake for me. Meanwhile, I take care of chores and business things at the computer.

 

Peanut Butter and Crackers. Sweet Kiss Melon.

 

We talk more in my bedroom. She’s mad because we didn’t communicate much during my trip over the weekend – and there’s a lot of territorialism and jealousy for whatever reason. We’re really struggling to keep this bond alive – it’s become damaged from all this baggage.

...

It’s 4:30 a.m. and I try to go to sleep – putting on my ear buds to listen to music – and she comes in unannounced thinking I’m FaceTiming with somebody. I can’t relax whatsoever. I’m not even sure when I fell asleep.
