Waking up at 11 a.m.


Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, Maple Syrup, and Almond Milk. Irish Breakfast Tea.


Ana and I enjoy a light workout at The Escape down the street. They really did a number on the landscaping out here – the place feels like a jungle. I spot a yellow butterfly feeding on nectar from a purple flower as we walk up to the gym.


Scrambled Eggs. Bagel with Butter and Jam. Popped Chips. Green Tea. Peach.


Teaching lessons at Music Makers.


Salmon with Broccoli, Carrots, Onions, and Brown Rice/Quinoa.


At the studio practicing songs with Ana.


Smoothie.
