Waking up around 11 a.m.

Ana makes us Blueberry Buckwheat Pancakes with Peanut Butter and Maple Syrup – they're a little thicker and tougher than usual but taste delicious. Washing it down with a piping hot cup of Coffee. Kevin and Whitney join us at the table for morning conversation and laughter. The good vibes of James Brown are harping through the stereo in the background.

Ana and I go on a search for a new blender and mini re-sealable plastic baggies for the chocolate music notes she made. I end up purchasing a brand new blender from Target and we score the baggies at Michael's.

Scrambled Eggs. Flax Bread with Vegan Cream Cheese. Yerba Mate Green Tea.

I've got a full schedule of lessons at Music Makers today, a total of 8 all together. It requires a lot of patience and endurance but I feel successful in teaching every student new things. And the kids love the chocolate music notes.

Honey Crisp Apple.

Leftover Black Beans, Onions, Kale Sprouts, Carrots, and Quinoa.

Watching Autómata (2014).

Pear.

Practicing piano. Chores.

Darren arrives home, needless to say shirtless, from a China Wok shift, his last one ever supposedly. More China Wok drama. But it's serious this time. He quit. There was such a heated debate between him and Ling tonight over a missing credit cart receipt that he ripped his work shirt off and walked out. It was already the end of the night anyway. He explains it in his Darren-like way.

Sleep 3:30 a.m.
