Waking up at 11 a.m.

Irish Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, Strawberries, Pumpkin Seed Meal, Maple Syrup, and Kefir. Coffee.

Thoroughly vacuuming and cleaning out my car at the storage unit.


Scrambled Eggs. Flax Bread with Vegan Cream Cheese. Blue Corn, Quinoa, Amaranth, and Chia Seed Tortilla Chips. Honey Green Tea.

Teaching a couple voice lessons at Music Makers.

Working out at The Escape.

Upon arriving to the house I say to Whitney, "I think I just lost 300 pounds!"

Whitney: "So does that mean you're at negative weight?"

Me: "Yes."

Banana with Peanut Butter.

Giving myself a haircut with the help of Whitney to get my neck and the back of my head.

Black Beans, Onions, Kale Sprouts, Multi-Colored Carrots, and Quinoa.

Kevin brought home a huge bucket of crabs and boiled them all. He ate so many he actually turned into a crab himself.
