At Aaron and Megan's Wedding (November 1 2014) (3)[i]

Waking up at 11:40 a.m.

Irish Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, Strawberries, Pumpkin Seed Meal, Maple Syrup, and Almond Milk. Coffee.

Running a few miles on the treadmill at The Escape.

Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jam Sandwich. Pear. Honey Green Tea.

It's a terribly windy and rainy afternoon. I pick up Ana from her house and we attend Aaron Lachman and Megan's wedding in Portsmouth. It's a perfect reception hall for this special occasion. The twinkling lights and chandeliers hanging on the ceiling create a beautiful atmosphere. For me it's like a crazy friend reunion being here seeing all the Tokyo boys and other social relations from many years ago. Sipping on Champagne at table 11. Dinner is served: Chicken, Roasted Vegetables, Mashed Potatoes (from the "Potato Bar"), and a Dinner Roll. I enjoy a slice of Red Velvet wedding cake for dessert. There's wild dancing that follows – glow sticks are passed out and a soul train line is formed.

Tokyo Reunion in Photo Booth

Ana and I in Photo Booth

While driving back to Ana's house we're forced to take a ridiculous detour around 264 because of construction. I reflect on the momentous event tonight. I joked with the Tokyo boys that half of Tokyo is married now so who's next? It's crazy to think Aaron is married now. But really it's almost inevitable – if you wait long enough all your friends will get married one by one. But still I feel a bit responsible for their relationship since I was the one who introduced Megan to Aaron. He used to always complain about not having a girlfriend and how he would probably never get married. But then he met Megan who could recognize the magic, sincerity, and kindness in Aaron.

Back at Ana's house. She makes us hot ginger water before we practice a couple songs at the piano.

Back at my house. Settling down and thinking about the day.

Popcorn. Grapefruit.

Finishing a documentary called Fed Up (2014).

Thankful for the extra hour of sleep I get to have because of daylight savings.

Sleep at 2:30 a.m.
