Waking up around 11:30 or so.

 

Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, and Almond Milk. English Breakfast Tea.

 

Working out at the gym – trying out this new workout regime I got online through Athlean-X.

Banana.

 

Eggs. Bagel. Spinach. Chips. Coffee.

 

Teaching lessons at Music Makers.

 

Leftovers for dinner: Peas, Pasta, Sardines, and a Salad.

 

At ELO rehearsal – we’re still working in Chidori on the drums.

 

Back home. Catching up on things – Green Tea, Raspberries, Chocolate, Popcorn.
