Waking up at noon.

Oatmeal Breakfast Bar. Tea.

Over at the ELO rehearsal spot helping Rebecca and the kids get everything set up for dance classes. I shoot some promo shots.

Working on stuff at home.

Scrambled Eggs. Toast with Butter and Jam. Chips with Avocado. Spinach. Coffee.

Running errands.

Setting up my keyboard rig at the rehearsal spot and helping clean up the room after boot camp.

Back home. Ana and I prep and cook dinner: Vegan Burgers with Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower.

Sharing an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Cleaning up. Catching up on business.

We go to the studio to practice a few songs on guitar in preparation for a funeral Saturday. When trying to sing the “All I Have to Do is Dream” song she can hardly sing it and starts tearing up cause it was one of the first songs we learned together. Throughout the night we have an ongoing conversation about the relationship but not in such a dramatic fashion.

...

Helping her hang up this dream catcher above her bed. She suggests we pray together, something we hardly ever do. But I’m telling you as soon as she says, “Dear God...” she starts tearing up and talking about how grateful she is. When we’re done I say to her, “This is real therapy right here.”

Going on a late bike ride to the oceanfront.
