Catching up on business.
Ana and I drive out to Smartmouth at the oceanfront for an all day event in their parking lot. There’s a surf expo, board swap, a viewing of Endless Summer on a big screen, and bands. Ladada performs despite Bobby’s handicap snare hand. Broken Beaches does a cool 3-piece set before us along with Alison Blue, The Sand Tones, and DJ Lord Thomas. It’s a fun time. Ana and I grab some Fish Tacos from Pelon’s down the street.
Back home. I catch up on things at the computer.
When Ana gets home we make fire in her bedroom, which was recently cleaned up and the bed clear making it a little more inviting.
Later on, going on a late night bike ride listening to an old playlist and feeling all the feels.
