Waking up around 11:30 a.m.

Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Strawberries, and Almond Milk. Breakfast Tea.

Reading about all the destruction and damage to all the local businesses at the oceanfront. It’s a shame that a small group of people resorted to rioting and breaking windows. And I hope everyone who reads and sees this in the news doesn’t chalk up the aftermath to rowdy protesters. It was a peaceful and unifying protest/march up until the teargas was used.

I decide to make a meaningful post about my account and involvement last night to spread the truth. #BlackLivesMatter

Scrambled Eggs. Sourdough Toast with Butter and Jam. Salt n Vinegar Chips. Coffee.

Teaching lessons at Music Makers.

Shooting some basketball around.

“Father Northam”, as Ana and I have recently been calling our governor, has issued a city wide curfew of 8 p.m. in reaction to the growing protests and gatherings happening around the 757. It all feels so surreal. This year has brought so many extreme things.

...

Sitting at my computer desk hearing all the sirens scream by on the interstate.

I decide not to post any video for the day to join everyone else who are refraining from posting for Black Out Tuesday.
