Waking up at 10:30 a.m.

Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Strawberries, Maple Syrup, and Kefir. Coffee.

Coaching bands at Music Makers LIVE. It’s a chaotic day as usual with all kinds of semi-drama. But in the end all bands are very productive.

PB&J Sweet Potato Biscuits. Oolong Tea.

More band rehearsals.


After 7 p.m. finally home. Mom makes a fantastic dinner: Tempeh with Celery, Onions, Mushrooms, Broccoli, Carrots, and Brown Rice.

At the studio working on some things while Ana practices guitar.
