Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Strawberries, Maple Syrup, and Kefir. Irish Breakfast Tea.

Basketball at the Rec. Feeling good on the courts – knocking down 3’s and playing good basketball.

Scrambled Eggs. Toast with Butter and Jam. Salt n Vinegar Chips with Avocado. Guayusa Hibiscus Tea.

Dinner: Brown Rice Quinoa Spaghetti Noodles with Mushrooms, Peppers, Onions, Marinara Sauce, and Parm Bread.

Catching up on business – doing chores.
