Waking up at 10:45 a.m.

Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Strawberries, Maple Syrup, and Kefir. Irish Breakfast Tea.

Basketball at the Rec.

Scrambled Eggs. Bagel with Vegan Cream Cheese. Salt n Vinegar Chips with Avocado. Coffee.

Watching LBJ (2016).

Teaching lessons at Music Makers.

Back home.

Complications while making dinner include getting the pot of water to boil fast enough without the big burner. What should take 15 minutes takes over 30 minutes. Meanwhile, I collect some groceries at Whole Foods.

Catching up on business and consolidating the video footage from Sunday’s show.

Pineapple and Goat’s Milk Yogurt.
