Waking up at 10:30 a.m.

Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Strawberries, Maple Syrup, and Kefir. Black Tea.

Basketball at the Rec.

Scrambled Eggs. Rye Toast with Butter and Jam. Salt n Vinegar Chips with Avocado. Coffee. Grapes.

Watching Infinity Chamber (2017).

Teaching all my in-home lessons. My mental energy is strong and it shows during my lessons.

Back home. Dinner: Vegetable Fried Rice with Broccoli and Peas.

Sharing a once in a while Gelato treat with mom and Ana: Cinnamon Peach Biscuit.

At the studio restringing a guitar and playing a few tunes.

Chamomile Tea.
