After our work day with mom and Ana at Nawab for a scrumptious dinner: Eggplant and Kale with Basmati Rice, Naan Bread, Samosas, and Lentil Soup.

Time for me to pack up my things and prepare for the Wink Floyd trip to Dominican Republic tomorrow.
