Self Embrace. Jason Levesque.[i]

Waking up around 11 a.m.

Ana bakes the Almond Biscuits while I cook some Eggs and brew some Black Tea. We enjoy our hearty breakfast at the table with sliced up Oranges. Kevin sits down with his egg and cheese pilaf doused in A1 sauce.

Me: "And you're calling me weird for eating what I eat? I got news for you. Weird is subjective, Kevin."

We catch Darren and Devon doing exercises in the living room...

Darren and Devon Mid-Day Exercise (December 4 2014)

I take Ana and Kevin to The Escape for a mid-day workout. My stomach didn't digest breakfast very well. It might've been the combination of tea and those heavily coconut oiled biscuits. I do what I can with the weights but there's only so much motivation I can muster.

Back at the house. Ana is obviously in a funky mood, or I guess I should just say moody. I hate it when she gets like this. I don't like having to butter up someone out of a bad attitude. But I'm determined and don't let her leave until she opens up to me. Lack of affection and lack of intimacy takes its toll on our relationship. We lie on the bed relaxing our bodies and cuddling up together. I don't know how I did it but she's kissing me on the neck again.

At Music Makers teaching piano and voice lessons. In between I build up an appetite again enjoying a Chic Pea Salad Sandwich with Tomato, Black Bean Tortilla Chips with Salsa, and Orange Juice.

At the Rec for adult basketball. I arrive just in time. My game is up tonight. Even without the chance to warm up I manage to rack up point after point. The other players notice and say things like, "I'm proud of him," and "Don't underestimate him". While waiting on the sidelines I get to know one of my teammates whose name turns out to be Robert, too. He's new so I give him the rundown of all the players out there.

Back home. Warming up some leftovers: Pad Thai Noodles with Broccoli, Mushrooms, Onions, and Lentils.

Watching The Maze Runner (2014).

Practicing piano and learning Christmas songs for this party I got hired to play on Sunday.

Sleep 4 a.m.
