Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Maple Syrup, Chia Seeds, Strawberries, and Almond Milk. Coffee.

Doing my fourth visit at the chiropractor – starting to feel changes in my posture and back.

Getting groceries.

Chic Pea Salad with Beets and Tomatoes. Blue Corn Tortilla Chips with Salsa. Pu-erh Tea. Raspberries.

Working out at The Escape.

Dark Chocolate.

Teaching a couple piano lessons at Music Makers.

At the Seatack Rec shooting the basketball around.


Chicken, Brussel Sprouts, Carrots, and Quinoa. Lindt Chocolate.

Watching The Equalizer (2014).

Lesson prepping – printing out supplemental sheets and other various things.

Cinnamon Herbal Tea.
