I'm on the set of a movie starring Sigourney Weaver as a woman who has come down with some kind of mental disorder sometimes sparking raging outbursts. In one scene Joaquin Phoenix and I clamor up the stairs to check up on her in the bedroom – we got word she might've killed herself. But we discover nothing of the sort happened. Sigourney's rolled over in the bed. She turns around slowly. I sense she's about to have one of those outbursts and I run out of the room. Later in another scene she's sitting at the wheel of a crossover vehicle of some kind, her therapist and company sitting in the backseat.

"If it wasn't for you I'd die of depression!" she announces sarcastically.

The therapist responds, "Go to hell, Vern! Just start driving."

At 12:10 p.m. I wake up to sweet smells coming from downstairs. Ana made us homemade Pancakes using only Eggs, Bananas, Chocolate Chips, and Baking Soda. I brew some Coffee to go with our brunch.

It's a beautiful day here in Virginia Beach – the jet noise is cracking through the sky in a thunderous roar – the sunshine is bright and filled with hope. We leave the house to visit Elliott at the new flower shop he started working at off Laskin Road. Originally, Ana was going to meet the owner and try for a job there but they were looking for a male and already hired Kenny. Then, to The Heritage for some dates and honey.

Back at the house. Darren shows up for conversations and a few hits. Ana and I share lunch: Kale Salad with Carrots and Blueberries, Naan Bread with Hummus.

At the Rec Center for adult basketball. My defensive skills have always been one of the shining qualities I portray on the courts – it's very apparent tonight.

Spaghetti with Tomato Basil Sauce, Green Peppers, Squash, Onions, and Garlic Bread.

Watching Hannibal (2001).

Sleep 3:30 a.m.
