Waking up at 11:15 a.m.


Corn, Flax, and Quinoa Flakes, and Cinnamon Oat Clusters with Almond Milk. Orange Juice.


All day shift at China Wok.


My mundane day brightens up with a visit from Ana. She accompanies me on a few deliveries – meeting a few friendly animal creatures, one being Elliott's new dog, Corona.


Honey Peanut Butter Almond Granola Bars. Black Tea with Honey.


Egg and Cheese Biscuit from Bojangles.


It's a rainy evening and a busy evening for Chinese food. I'm just going through the motions...looking forward to the conclusion.


After 10 o'clock the phones actually stop ringing. But because the restaurant was so busy now some of the prep work is backed up. I help fold the crab rangoon in the back until we finish. And of course Ling takes forever to cash me out. I don't get the pleasure of my bedroom until 11:30.


Tofu with Garlic Sauce, Broccoli, Onions, Carrots, and Rice.


Sleep 4 a.m.
