Waking up at 10:30 a.m.

Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Strawberries, Maple Syrup, and Kefir. Coffee.

MMLIVE rehearsals all day.

Lunch break in between sessions: PB&J, Plantain Chips, Blood Orange, Oolong Tea.

Getting groceries at Trader Joe’s.

Back home. Ana cooked dinner for us: Tempeh with Onions, Kale, and Jasmine Rice. I love a simple three ingredient meal sometimes.


Catching up on business.

Grapes and Beer.

Chilling with Ana in her bedroom – we both have our electric guitars out sharing riffs and being amused by Elvis’s cat behavior.

At the studio organizing and practicing songs.
