Steel Cut Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Strawberries, Maple Syrup, and Kefir. Coffee.

Basketball at the Rec.

Sardines with Mustard. Potato Chips. Sourdough Toast with Vegan Cream Cheese. Oolong Tea. Blood Orange.

Back home after 8:30 p.m.

Mom warmed up dinner: Lentils, Cauliflower, Brussel Sprouts, Quinoa, and Naan Bread. Sipping on a Peroni and watching Altered Carbon.
