Waking up at 10:30 a.m.

Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Strawberries, Maple Syrup, and Kefir. Coffee.

Basketball at the Rec. Barely enough for four teams today. We decide to play where winners stay on. My team gets on a roll towards the end. Playing hard until my legs are too sore.

Scrambled Eggs. Sourdough Toast with Butter and Jam. Salt n Vinegar Chips with Avocado. Oolong Tea.

Watching Dirty Money (2018).

Teaching lessons at Music Makers.

Back home. Making dinner: Brown Rice Quinoa Spaghetti Noodles with Onions, Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Marinara Sauce, Slaw, and Naan Bread.

Catching up emails and business.

Pineapple and Greek Yogurt.

Practicing drums at the studio.

Sleep 3:30 a.m.
