Waking up at 11 a.m.


Steel Cut Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Strawberries, Maple Syrup, and Kefir. Black Tea.


Teaching lessons at Music Makers.


Peach.


Scrambled Eggs. Toast with Non-Dairy Cream Cheese. Salt n Vinegar Chips. Green Tea.

Watching Wakefield (2017).


Ana seems more stressed out than usual. She’s baking cookies to bring to a show in Norfolk and talking about attending Cynthia’s comedy thing and then practicing music with me. And she can’t seem to prioritize things in real time. It’s that time of the month also. I try to calm her down as best I can.


Meanwhile, I’m at the studio with my mom. I practice a little drums first and then we start clearing out the drum room – everything must come off the walls for Fred to come in tomorrow and soundproof the room. We spend a lot of time cleaning and brainstorming what to do with the other lesson rooms.


Dinner: Tempeh with Kale, Carrots, Onions, and Quinoa.


Cinnamon Roll.


Back at the studio doing some more renovating and practicing piano.


Chamomile Tea.


Sleep 3:30 a.m.
