Waking up at 11 a.m.

Irish Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Maca Powder, Maple Syrup, Strawberries, and Kefir. Yerba Mate Tea.

Ana and I meet up with Jimmy and Caitlin at the music space to rehearse vocal parts on The Wall.

Grilled PB&J. Potato Chips. Fuji Apple. Oolong Tea.

Finishing Straight Outta Compton (2015).

Teaching lessons at Music Makers.

Dried Mango.

At the Rec for adult basketball – burning calories and knocking in buckets.

Back home. Making dinner: Salmon, Beans, Broccoli, Carrots, and Quinoa.

Watching Slow West (2015).

Doing chores.

Chilling with Ana in her room – we stretch our bodies out together.

Later on, fixing some things at the studio and then setting up my keyboard rig at the music space. I was accidentally recording myself on the phone for the past 30 minutes. It's funny listening back to all the moments where I was talking to myself. It's kind of strange actually – I sound like a crazy person.
