Vertical Jump Workout (Feb 22 2016)[i]

Waking up at 10:22 a.m.

Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Maca Powder, Maple Syrup, Strawberries, Blueberries, and Kefir. Yerba Mate Tea.

At the Great Neck Rec working out. Focusing on increasing my vertical jump.

Vega Protein Drink. Tuna Salad Sandwich with Lettuce and Tomato. Corn Tortilla Chips with Avocado and Tomato. Oolong Tea. Navel Orange.

Teaching lessons at Music Makers.

In between lessons I sell a wooden corner shelf I've had for many years and then turn around and buy a piano from another guy – it's a Melodigrand, a 64-key compact piano that was used in a music school somewhere in town. I couldn't resist forking out $40 for it.

Brown Rice Quinoa Spaghetti Noodles with Marinara Sauce, Mushrooms, and Onions. Salad. French Baguette.

Organizing – doing teacher homework like printing out practice worksheets and writing out the schedule for the week.

Setting up stuff at the music space.
