Brock Lefferts[i]

Waking up at noon.

Irish Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Black Maca Powder, Maple Syrup, Chia Seeds, Blueberries, and Almond Milk. Coffee with Cream and Honey.

Organizing. And other business.

A leftover Pizza slice from Brother's. An Egg. Blue Corn Tortilla Chips with Avocado and Tomato. Honey Green Tea.

Teaching lessons at Music Makers.

Practicing at the music space.

At the Great Neck Rec running on the treadmill then shooting the basketball around. I get asked to play 1-on-1 with one of the guys that normally plays here. He takes a win by two points but compliments me, "You get better and better every time I see you."

Me: "I try my best."

Back home. Ana cooks us dinner this time: Salmon, leftover Black Eyed Peas, Basmati Rice, and Roasted Cauliflower, Onions, and Kale Sprouts.

"Thanks for making dinner," I tell her.

"Thanks for making dinner all the time!" she responds, implying that I make dinner the majority of the time, which is true.

Upstairs, in my room for a change, we meddle around in the bed and escalate it into sex pretty quickly. It's the niceties of life.

To the music space practicing songs and training my voice. Feeling the waves of creativity again.
