Waking up around 11:40 a.m.


Cereal with Blueberries, Banana, and Almond Milk. Tea.


Working out at the gym.


Egg Sandwich with Greens. Salt n Vinegar Chips with Avocado. Coffee.


Teaching lessons at Music Makers.


Ana brings Thai food for dinner to eat at the studio.

Chicken Pad Thai with Broccoli.


Then, the band jam boys practice. I try to keep them on a productive flow cause we don’t have many more rehearsals left till the show.


Back home. Catching up on business over Green Tea and a Malasada.
