Waking up at 10:45 a.m.

Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Strawberries, Maple Syrup, and Kefir. Darjeeling Tea.

Working on stuff at the studio. Business.

Grilled PB&J Bagel. Navel Orange. Oolong Tea.

Finishing American Made (2017).

Teaching lessons at Music Makers.


Back home. Mom made Organic Chicken & Dumplings from scratch along with roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower.

As we all sit at the table and enjoy the meal together I say, “This is definitely a comfort food from my childhood.”

Afterwards, I glue together the last of the Christmas cards while Ana flosses her teeth and tells stories out of context.

At the studio teaching Ana how to restring her electric guitar.

Practicing Ladada bass lines in preparation for the studio this weekend.
