Steel Cut Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Strawberries, Maple Syrup, and Kefir. Coffee.
Rock school rehearsal.
PB&J and Potato Chips.
More rock school rehearsals. The last band is The Lemon Heads, the youngest of the four bands. Boy, are they a challenge. Making noise and having fun is their number one priority. And of course, we try to get them to learn something along the way.
