Steel Cut Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Raisins, Maple Syrup, and Kefir. Black Tea.

Catching up on business.

Teaching a few lessons.

Chicken Salad Sandwich. Corn Tortilla Chips with Avocado and Tomato. Honey Green Tea.

Back at Music Makers teaching lessons. When teaching Megan and Elly, who are in a rock school band together, I focus the lesson on microphone technique, rocker style – giving them both a bit of history into punk rock since we’re learning a Ramones song.

Dinner: Tempeh, Red Peppers, Onions, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, and Bamboo Rice.

Watching Independence Day: Resurgence (2016).

At the space practicing drums with Ana and finishing a flyer for the rock school show.

Chocolate. Chamomile Tea.
