Waking up at 11:30 a.m.

Irish Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Maple Syrup, Blueberries, and Kefir. Guayusa Tea.

Cutting my hair. Chores. Being a kitchen witch.

Watermelon.

At the Music Makers store rearranging things and cleaning/restringing an acoustic guitar.

Scrambled Eggs. Toast with Non-Dairy Cream Cheese. Dill Potato Chips with Avocado. Peach.

Watching The Railway Man (2013).

Driving out to Norfolk again, this time for the You're Jovian show at Toast. They set up under the garage door with the evening sun blaring through. Another band called Tender Age from Portland opens up first. I set up an old Casio keyboard from my childhood and perform on two songs.

The sunflowers are in abundance and taller than us.

I had a towel around my neck to block the sun out. At the bar Rachel asks, "Where'd your towel go?"

"I had to throw it in," I quickly respond.

A cheap pun on cue is always entertaining and rewarding.

Back home. Enjoying a hearty bowl of Lentils, Kale, Carrots, and Madagascar Rice.

At the store finishing setting up this acoustic guitar.

Lying down in the bed with my lover. Earlier she informed me, "Aunt Flow has left my temple. My temple fruit is ripe and ready." After she gets off her period it always feels like it's been forever.

Sleep at 2:30 a.m.
