hybrid-moments[i]

Waking up at 12:37 p.m.


Steel Cut Oats with Cinnamon, Maple Syrup, Strawberries, and Kefir. Teeccino with Almond Milk.


Got two rock school sessions this afternoon from 2 to 6. It's a lot of work coaching these kids and adults, most of the challenge is with the kids. We have aptly named the band with three girls and one boy "The Blondies" cause everyone has blonde hair. Taught them a Misfits song today, "Hybrid Moments" – we had to edit one word out but it's turned into our Halloween song since it's fast and scary. Somewhere in between the sessions I eat a Grilled PB&J with Honey Green Tea.


Back home. Organizing and researching. Eating a Bosc Pear.


Shooting some hoops on the Lynnhaven Middle School basketball courts.


Back home. Ana is preparing dinner for us tonight. After showering I lend a hand.

Brown Rice Quinoa Pasta with homemade Tomato Sauce, Broccoli, Red Cabbage, and homemade Dinner Roll Muffins.

Me: "You and I, we're just living the homemade life aren't we?"

"Homemade for life!" I add.
