Waking up at 11 a.m.

Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Maca Powder, Maple Syrup, Chia Seeds, Blueberries, and Almond Milk. Coffee with Cream and Honey.

All day shift at China Wok.

After delivering to the Jamaican doctors at the hospital I start walking out the entrance and spot a familiar customer's face, this guy with his own carpet cleaning business. He recognizes me and says, "You're everywhere, man!" Yes, exactly. They should change my name to the Everywhere Man.

The temperature rises to the 70's today. Even though it's a bit rainy and windy I gladly keep my jacket off.

On the afternoon down time I run around the building and play tag with the girls – getting our exercise in – conducting silly walks.

Chic Pea Salad with Tomato. Blue Corn Quinoa Tortilla Chips with Hummus. Egg Roll. Green Tea.

The night continues slowly.

When the Russian guy, Dmitry, comes in to help with the dinner shift I try to impress him with the Russian phrases and words I know. He's an upstanding guy but knows very little English.

Off work and back home.

My lovely Ana cooked up a serving of Black Beans upon my request to go with my Broccoli and Rice. She's a gem.

Finishing A Walk Among the Tombstones (2014).

Chocolate Chip Cake Batter Cookies.

Organizing my life for this week.

Cleaning up things downstairs.

Ana awakens a couple times and checks in on me. She looks adorable in her silk green bathrobe. Eventually we conjoin in my bed around 3:30 a.m.

[i] The Everywhere Man.
