Waking up at 10:30 a.m.

One of my adult guitar students, Hannah, invited me to try a few classes at her Cross Fit gym. She coaches the one hour session. I’m introduced as the new guy. It’s all about the arms today. I make friends with one of the older guys who is also skinny like me. My arms feel like Jell-O afterwards.


Scrambled Eggs. Sourdough Toast with Butter and Jam. Roasted Potatoes. Coffee.

Teaching lessons at Music Makers.


Back home. Making dinner: Brown Rice Quinoa Spaghetti with Mushrooms, Peppers, Tomatoes, Parmesan, Salad, and Garlic Loaf.
