Waking up at 11:20 a.m.

Irish Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Raisins, Maple Syrup, and Kefir. Black Tea.

Getting groceries with Ana at Trader Joe’s.

Toasted PB&J. Potato Chips. Oolong Tea.

Teaching lessons at Music Makers. Thursdays are our busiest days – all four rooms are in use at once – mom’s signing up new students right and left. Business is good.

Back home.

Lentils, Kale, Carrots, and Volcano Rice.

Will and I drive out to Norfolk for a rock show at Toast. Ana’s plucking the bass in You’re Jovian. And Sink Tapes from New Jersey are rocking the stage. They play in town so much I’d consider them local. Meanwhile, the ping-pong table entertains most.

On the drive home Will and I discuss loss of hearing and how most likely in the future by the time we’re old and have hearing problems they’ll have viable solutions to restore hearing.

Chamomile Tea and Cookies.

Sleep 3:30 a.m.
