Waking up at 11 a.m.

Irish Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Raisins, Maple Syrup, and Kefir. Guayusa Tea.

At the Rec for adult basketball. Game after game of hustling up and down the court. My legs and feet are worn out after two hours.

Toasted PB&J. Potato Chips. Honey Green Tea. Grapes.

Watching Black Mirror.

Teaching all my in-home lessons today.

Making dinner: Cod Filets with Beans, Broccoli, Carrots, Onions, and Brown Rice.

Replacing the new suspension rods on the washing machine. I give it a test run and even afterwards the tub still hangs too low to the ground. I can’t figure out what’s causing this issue. I’m tired of thinking about it.

Then, time to give Elvis a flea shampoo bath. Ana and I know how to make the process an easy one after already doing it a month ago. She holds down his two front legs while I shampoo and run the flea comb through his fur. These pesky little buggers know where the safe zone is, on his face where it’s difficult to remove. We manage to keep him calm through it all.

Sleep 3 a.m.
