Ana Pizza Face (March 26 2015)[i]

Waking up dramatically at noon thirty.

Irish Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Maca Powder, Maple Syrup, Chia Seeds, Blueberries, Strawberries, and Almond Milk. Coffee with Cream and Honey.


Grilled PB&J. Potato Chips. Pu-erh Tea.

Teaching lessons at Music Makers.

Enjoying organized basketball games at the Great Neck Rec. Tonight is a lot of fun – burning up calories big time.

Back home. With Ana enjoying a large Ricotta and Tomato Cheese Pizza from Whole Foods with a Kale Salad.

Upstairs in her bedroom singing our hearts out – practicing material on the guitar for a Chicho's show coming up.

Playing the piano and hydrating with an Orange and Lemon-Lime Water.
