Waking up at 11:17 a.m.


Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, Maple Syrup, and Almond Milk. English Breakfast Tea.


Ana and I head to the Rec for exercise. I play basketball with hardly any breaks between games.


Scrambled Eggs. Toast with Butter and Jam. Salt n Vinegar Chips with Avocado. Coffee. Spinach.


Teaching all my in-home lessons.


Back home. Ana made a nutritious dinner: Lentil Soup with all kinds of Vegetables and Quinoa. Also, a homemade bread loaf.


Catching up on business and cleaning.
