Steel Cut Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Raisins, Maple Syrup, and Kefir. Guayusa Tea.

Researching. Business.

Teaching lessons at Music Makers.

Snacking on Almonds (that taste like wood) and Plantain Chips with Oolong Tea.

Back home. Making dinner: Tempeh with Onions, Brussel Sprouts, Carrots, and Quinoa.

Watching a documentary on Michael Alig called Glory Daze (2015).


Doing the cat chores. Chatting with Ana.
