Waking up at 10 a.m.


Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Maple Syrup, Raisins, and Kefir. Yerba Mate Tea.


Teaching a lesson at Music Makers.


Grocery shopping.


Grilled PB&J. Fuji Apple. Oolong Tea. Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies.


Teaching an in-home lesson out past Lynnhaven Parkway. Then, stopping by the Salvation Army thrift store for a couple new pots, a kitchen sprouter, and a bunch of plain-colored shirts (something I've been getting more into as I get older).
