There's a misunderstanding about a cell phone that got stolen. I'm being convicted of the crime along with two other people – we were set up. Time to go. We run. At the entrance there's a menacing guard dog. I run up the stairs to avoid danger. The dog follows. I jump up and grab hold of a bar on the ceiling. I discover cactus spines in my left knee. While hanging there I pull them out one by one. The dog turns friendly after a while. We chase each other down the stairs. I catch up with the other two buddies of mine by the gate. We creep out to find our cars but just as soon as we notice the cars they disappear out of thin air. We run across the street and up a muddy hill. The officers of the prison are in sight behind us flashing lights in our direction. I find a trail leading us along a river. It's very serene and relaxing. But we still have to hurry. An EMS suburban is parked up ahead at the end of the trail. People get out that suspiciously look like cops but maybe they're only the paramedics. Some of them have nightsticks and look like they're about to arrest us. I act confused and say, "Hello? We're just hiking the trail here. It's very beautiful out here isn't it?" Somehow the act works and they leave us alone. Our trio continues on and rushes into a Kroger...

Oat Flakes and Berry Cobbler Granola with Vanilla Almond Milk.

I spend the better part of my afternoon battling an army of ants that have decided to invade the bedroom windowsill – caulking up any and all possible cracks and crevices. They're relentless little buggers.

I didn’t go to the gym today so I decide to trek over to the track field off First Colonial for a nice run – the temperature is perfect.
